PCH Beach House

Santa Monica, California

PCH Beach House is a single family residence located on the beach between the cliffs of Santa Monica and the Pacific Ocean.

The design strategy for PCH House was to break the program into 3 separate volumes.  These elements are then stacked and offset to achieve privacy from the PCH and enhance the uninterrupted views of the ocean from Malibu to Palos Verdes.
